Need a copy of Zotero.dot

I use Word 2003 and Zotero 6.0.30. I accidentally allowed Zotero to update and it replaced the Zotero.dot file with a Zotero.dotm file. Now the Zotero toolbar doesn't show in Word. Please don't tell me I can get a copy from the Zotero program folder. It's Zotero.dotm too. Does someone have a copy of the Zotero.dot file that they can send me?

https://github.com/zotero/zotero-word-for-windows-integration/blob/94d3b8ec200718064aa95723860135e8ce63c78e/install/Zotero.dot and click on the "Download Raw File" button at the top right should do it (needless to say, but none of your setup is supported anymore, so any further troubleshooting, you're on your own).
