News feed formating error: Dont show æ, ø and å

Hello.
I have an RSS feed from Stortinget where the letters "æ", "ø" and "å" do not appear.

The first line in picture 1 should state; "Skriftlig spørsmål fra Bård Hoksrud (FrP) til helse- og omsorgsministeren", but the highlighted letters are replaced by a question mark. I guess it has to do with the XML file lacking formatting (picture 2)?

When I add the item from the feed to my library, the formatting issues are gone (picture 3). And other feeds with the same Norwegian letters are displayed correctly in the feed (picture 4).

Is it as I guess the lack of formatting in the XML file, or is there something I can do to make the feed display correctly in Zotero?
