Style Error: AMA (American Medical Association)

Hi there!

I noticed an error in the American Medical Association citation style (https://github.com/citation-style-language/styles/blob/master/american-medical-association.csl), the style calls for e-journal article titles to be sentence case.

The CSL style is correct. It leaves all article titles as they are, which should be in sentence case, see https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sentence_casing

Following up on this. When using AMA citation style and generating the bibliography (Word for Mac 16.84), some of the references in the bibliography capitalize each word of the article title rather than using sentence case.

I read the information in the link cited (https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/sentence_casing) and I have a question about this: "The solution is to store titles in sentence case in your Zotero library "

I download my citations almost exclusively from PubMed.

How do I store titles exclusively in sentence case in my library?
Is there a setting or do I need to do so manually?
