Nothing is saving, no error code given.

I am trying to save an article from this link (https://www-annualreviews-org.uoregon.idm.oclc.org/doi/pdf/10.1146/annurev-psych-113011-143750) and when I go to save, there is a white page icon and it says 'Save to Zotero, has access to this site' when hovering over the icon. But, when I click it, it says saving to my folder, but nothing happens. No error is given, it is not in my library either. I've tried restarting my computer, checking Zotero for updates, and saving to a different folder/my main library. The weird thing is that it was working right before this happened perfectly fine. Thanks!

    Restart your browser and Zotero and try again. If it's still not working, can you provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reloading the page and trying to save?
