Upgrade StorageStorage problem: total file size does not decrease after deleting files in Zotero
I subscribe to the 6Gb plan but reached my storage limit due to a number of very large pdf-files in my Zotero (stored) library. This issue has happened before and I solved it in the past by copying the large files locally and then deleting them on Zotero to create more space to sync other files. I've been trying to apply the same solution again but now it doesn't seem to be working. My account still says I'm at max storage, although I've deleted about 500Mb in files. Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
Besides this, I also have a more minor problem with my storage: some of the large files I've been deleting reappear in my local Zotero folder after a couple of minutes, although the file in my Zotero library no longer exists (at least I don't find it when I search for it in my library). It is as if the file still exists somewhere and my Zotero library puts it back on my local storage after syncing. Any thoughts? Thanks a lot!
