Upgrade Storage[Z7 Beta] Ctrl + I/B when editing annotations or comments only works sporadically

when writing annotation comments or changing the annotation text, Ctrl+I and Ctrl+B only work when the little formatting pop-up is active. This means that it's impossible to quickly (de-)activate those formatting options while just typing. One first has to select some text for the pop-up to show up.

martynas_bYes, we currently rely on the default behavior of Firefox, on which Zotero is based. In Firefox, formatting can only be changed when the desired text is selected. However, we'll explore whether this can be improved. For instance, on Chrome and the Web Library, it already works as you described.
