Zotero is suddenly unlinked with all my previously saved word documents

Hi there,

I just suddenly noticed today that for all my previously cited word documents, Zotero is considering them all as new word documents. Can you help?

Generally, see Existing Citations Not Detected. This wouldn't happen to all documents, though — it happens when you save the document in the wrong format.

If you don't think this is the issue, you can send one of the documents to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread and we can confirm.

@nanwaa: Yes, it's as explained in the linked page. All the Zotero citations in this document have been flattened.

As I say, this wouldn't somehow affect all of your documents. It just means either someone used the plugin's Unlink Citations function in this document or someone saved it in the wrong format.
