connexion between zotero connector and zotero logiciel

Zotero can not work, when I click on zotero connector button, it says that zotero is unavailable. I uninstalled and installed zotero and zotero connector, checked the connexion, ... but nothing changed.
I tried on google chrome and microsoft edge.
Do you know how does it work ?

First, I installed zotero and zotero connector the same day, 1 week ago so the version is good.
I have load the URL http://127.0.0.1:23119/connector/ping and it said that Zotero is running.
I Uninstall and reinstall the Zotero Connector but nothing changed.
I don't have any browser extensions that may block network requests.
I tred another browser : microsoft edge and google chrome. I wanted to try with opera but I did not succed in installing zotero on opera.

Do you run any security software? Have you tried disabling it temporarily?

I tried with the windows firewall but not with the security software, I am on a company computer so I am afraid to bring them some viruses...

You can show your IT department that page. I'm afraid there's not really much else we can say here that's not on that page. This isn't a problem in Zotero itself — something on your computer is blocking the Zotero Connector (though in this case not the browser itself) from talking to the Zotero app.

@04S: The one other thing you can do is provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for loading a webpage, trying to save to Zotero, and getting that error dialog. We can see if there's any other information in the debug output that might be helpful.

Right, so something is just blocking the Zotero Connector from making network requests. You'll need to continue with your IT department.
