Upgrade StorageZotero setup says it's Firefox...

Tried to install Zotero on my computer, but the install gets to "100% extracting" then vanishes.
It's open in Task Manager and has the description "Firefox"... which is a bit suspicious! I tried to End Task, and it just now sits there, not doing anything.
VirusTotal says it's clean, and it was downloaded from zotero.org. I'm on Windows 11. Any suggestions?
