Upgrade StorageExpand outline by defualt
Some articles, e.g. tutorial and review, have large and complex hierarchical outline structure, but Zotero will not expand it by default, which makes me difficult to spot on paragraph I interested in, I have to manually expand the complex outline one by one.
Could you provide an option to expand all outline by default? I think it will be very helpful for some users.

martynas_bIn Zotero 6, double-clicking the outline view tab button expands or collapses the outline. This feature is currently not working in Zotero 7, but we are planning to fix it.
