Import Citavi to Zotero

Hi, I try to import my Citavi-projects to Zotero by following the instructions provided here: https://www.bib.uni-mannheim.de/media/Einrichtungen/Universitaetsbibliothek/Dokumente/Literaturverwaltung/Anleitung-Citavi-Zotero-Umstieg.pdf.

However, the system tells me that 0 entries were copied ("0 Einträge wurden kopiert"). Can please someone help me with this problem? Thanks!

Ich würde da bei den Kolleg*innen in der UB Mannheim nachfragen - die kennen sich was das angeht extrem gut aus und können dann auch genauer auf die Exportierte Citavi Datei gucken und so

Hey, I have the exact same problem.

I followed the guides from the Zotero Knowledge Base and from several university libraries (which are all identical), but Zotero tells me "0 entries were copied".

Did it eventually work out for you?
