Issues saving from arxiv

I am having issues when saving papers from Arxiv. They end up saved as webpages, instead of Journal or Preprint references, as they used to be saved.

Works, here, though a bit slow -- I'd assume this was a temporary outage of the arXiv API. Post here again if you're still having trouble tomorrow.

There seems to be some daily temporary outage, as it doesn't work right now, like yesterday around the same time (9-10am JST). But it worked yesterday afternoon (JST).
