Zotero remember citation key fro deleted collection

In Zotero I used a collection of papers (say old.bib) I had made before (I used JabRef at that time). In this collection, I used a specific method to make the citation key automatically. Then I deleted this collection (in Zotero and physically on the disk). I made and use now another collection, say new.bib. I use now another method to make the citation key automatically. But now, when I make a new reference in new.bib but this paper already was in the collection old.bib, this paper appears in "Duplicate documents" with two citation keys - one from old.bib and another from new.bib. And I have to select which one I want to use. I use the addition "Better Bibtex". In "Synchronization", I made "Replace data in the online library". How do I refresh citation keys in Zotero and delete all of them which were before?
