Upgrade Storage[Zotero 7 Beta] Down/Up arrow changes the Item Type instead of opening the drop-down selection list
Steps to reproduce:
1) Click on an item in the Items tree
2) Click on the Title of the item at the top of the Item Pane
3) Press Tab 5 times to reach the Item Type
4) Press Down or Up arrow
-> It switches to another Item Type instead of opening the drop-down selection list. It should behave the same as when the focus is on "Author".
