[Android] bug report - page scrubber greyed out

the screenshot says all that if you change some page view settings such as tapping between "fit" and "fill", "vertical" and "horizontal", the page scrubber bar gets greyed out and can only be restored by tapping the page to hide and unhide it or reopening the pdf.
