Some problems with Zotero on Mac Monterey 12.7.3

Hello,
Previously, I have been able to "click" on the blue icon neat to the URL and the document would be saved in Zotero. however, now the blue icon does not appear for me to save. I have included an attachment showing where the blue icon used to appear

I can however save the document using the document identifier in Zotero and also I am able to use Zotero in word.

Note: I am not very conversant with IT & Computer terminologies, any help in the most basic form will be highly appreciated
