how to add zotero autotagger

I want to add autotagger but ican't find a good link and agood explanation
please help
as well as, in the left lower corner when i click on the article there are not tag names that usually shows when i see it on other people's zotero app

    Do you mean an autotagger like assigning tags to items when you do certain actions or just adding tags via numbers?
