The sync function cannot be used in a network environment using VPN

When I turn on the VPN on my Windows computer, the synchronization function fails and prompts me that str is undefined, but there is no such problem on my Mac computer.

    "str is undefined" is a display bug that we need to fix, but it just means that you're getting a certificate error of some kind. See SSL Certificate Error.
