Menu of Zotero 7 Beta Version disappears
Hi
I encountered a strange issue recently. I installed (actually unzipped package) several beta versions on my computer running Windows 10 x64, because I have a very large library and the sync space is out of storage, I tried to register two accounts and separate different libraries under them. Recently, when I start zotero, the menu first appears, and then disappears. I tried to unpack a fresh beta version, install the exe beta version. None of them works. This is very inconvenience. Could you please help me to solve it? Thanks a lot for your kind support.

I don't know why the library is not empty. Possible maybe I have created a library under my windows user name before.

I'm not clear on you current question, but a profile is basically a container for settings, and the settings include the Zotero data directory setting from the Advanced settings. As noted on the Multiple Profiles page, it's supposed to automatically create a new data directory when you create a new profile, though that doesn't always happen for some reason we haven't investigated, so you might need to change that setting manually to point to a different data directory that you create.
Multiple profiles are an advanced configuration, though, and not something we generally recommend or can really help with. (It's just a feature we inherit from Firefox.)
You don't need multiple copies of the application files in any case.
