Zotero is stuck at the initial syncying stage. I tried reinstalling and did not work

My Zotero has mostly shared folders and now every time I open it it gets stuck in a blank initial page that seems to indicate it is syncing. I tried to stop the sync but nothing happened. What can it be?

  • There are no "pages" in the Zotero app, but if you just mean you have an empty library and you're not seeing any sync progress, can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through a few minutes of syncing, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?
