[iPadOS] - Unable to Verify WebDAV

I recently switched from Zotero Storage to Koofr WebDAV (because my 256 MB of PDFs were filling up the 300 MB limit). I am able to set up the WebDAV sync on the desktop app, but not on the iPadOS app. I generated a new app password for the iPadOS app to see if login attempts succeeded, and I can see on the Koofr website that this password was never used in a successful login. The password for the desktop app has been used and works fine on two desktops.

You're getting a 429 Too Many Request error from Koofr. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you.
