Hello !

I can't no longer attach a link to URL or a file on Zotero. I don't know what happened. I uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero but it didn't change anything.

That button lets you add attachments to existing items. It won't work if you don't have an item selected. To add a standalone file, click the New Item button and choose Store Copy of File.
