Help needed

Zotero has stopped inserting references for no apparent reason. I've done everything asked on the help page.
I also uninstalled and reinstalled it and the extensions on Chrome. I tried to use it in other documents and got the same problem. It worked yesterday. I just get the below pop up saying its expereinced an error updating my document.
Any help would be appreciated.

Submit a Report ID. What word processor are you using? If you are trying with multiple, we should focus on a single one in this thread.

So I worked backwards and fixed this. It wasn't working in any document, so I uninstalled, and tried again. There was a setting changed, once I fixed it it was fine.
