Zotero and Genealogy

Hello, I am Dutch and I have a question about saving information from an online archive in zotero. For example this link: https://hdl.handle.net/21.12102/929944FC573043F98CC5F3C93AC96855 How do you save this? as a document, website, or something else? The way this 'document' is saved, has its effect on the citation that can be generated. There is no author, for example.
