zotero is still in progression to refresh a bibliography on google doc

Hi,
I am a french medecine student, and I am writing my these of medecine which I have to present soon.
I use a google doc for my thesis. It was perfectly working with zotero. And recently somes citations were unlinked (maybe cause my reviewer who has access to thes google doc does not have the zotero connector...). Anyway I am really embarassed, cause I can't refresh my bliography anymore.
If someone could help me it would be marvelous.

What exactly is happening? If you're just getting a progress bar, make sure your browser has updated to Zotero Connector 5.0.118, restart Zotero, reload Google Docs, and try again. You may need to wait a while in a large document.

Note that we generally don't recommend using Google Docs for really large documents like theses or dissertations, since the plugin depends on Google services that are outside of our control, and it's a bit more prone to breakage. If possible, you may want to consider moving your document to a different word processor.
