Molecular Therapy citation style

I have a question about how to update a citation style. I am using Molecular Therapy citation style, which is based on the Nature style. There is one important change I need to make, however. The year of publication needs to follow the list of authors and not be in parentheses. With the current format in the citation style from zotero, the year appears at the end in parentheses like this (2010).

How can I remedy this within my document? Is there a fast fix so that I don't have to manually change each reference?

    depending on your level of technical self-confidence you can either try to do this yourself:

    or you can post a style request, that would - if that's really the only change - include sample citations for different citation types.
