Upgrade StorageCitation bar is not appear

When I need to add a citation, I receive this message:
'' Zotero experienced an error updating your document.
Would you like to view troubleshooting instructions?''
I copied the file from SharePoint to OneDrive, then it worked for only one citation, and then I got the same issue.
