Google doc not syncing with Zotero. D960573197

I am working on a google doc. It will not add a bibliography. The green bar just runs indefinitely. Also, adding citations is not working well and is glitchy. I have unistalled and reinstalled zotero and the connector/plugin. I have 80 citations in the document so really need to get this fixed. Zotero works well in a new google doc. D960573197
