JS translator not working? Can't get URI?

I've used the JS translator to get the Zotero URI, for example https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/86710/custom-csl-style-with-uri

But now I can't see it in the Create Citation, nor in the Style manager. I've tried removing and replacing the JS and restarting Zotero. (I've tried both 6 and 7)

Did something change? Am I missing something? Any suggestions?

It's never been in the style manager -- it's an export translator, it'd be listed as a format under "Export" and as an option for quick format in the "Export" tab, listed below all citation styles.

Thanks! Quick question: You say it's never been in the Style Manager--Does that include the Create Citation/Bibliography? I seem to remember it in there, but maybe I'm remembering wrong...
