Hello, I am encountering a similar issue on Google Docs while using a Mac. Unfortunately, Chrome and Firefox extensions are not functioning; I cannot add Citations to my document. The action "add Citation" results in an endless updating process. This disruption is particularly challenging as I am completing my PhD. Could anyone guide me how to address this situation? Thank you."
