Reference List Not Appearing

I have created a new google doc in which I have ensured all of my citations are active and correct however I cannot get the reference list to appear when I click add/edit bibliography. Any suggestions on how I can correct this?

@dstillman I am not having any issues inserting the citations. It is the reference list that is not appearing in my document.

Right, I'm saying it may be the same underlying issue.

@ebain847xx: You also just might not be waiting long enough. If this is a large document, it could take a few minutes to insert the bibliography.

Restart Zotero and reload Google Docs, and then try again, and let it go for a little bit.

I have waited each time for it to fully load and I have restarted the browser multiple times with no success.

I am using Chrome and I don't fully understand the beta for firefox link in the forum you previously linked.

There's no beta necessary anymore — as I say there, we believe the issue in that thread is fixed now in Zotero Connector 5.0.117 for Firefox.

You can try with that, or else you'll need to wait for Google to approve 5.0.117 for Chrome, which should be within the next day.

@ebain847xx: Zotero Connector 5.0.117 is also now available for Edge, if that's easier than Firefox for you.

Ok I will wait and see if it resolves itself tomorrow. I do not have edge or firefox and would prefer to use Chrome. Will I need to reinstall Zotero or will it update automatically?

It will update automatically in Chrome. You'll just need to reload Google Docs.

Hello, I have waited and restarted zotero, chrome, my computer and even updated the software and I still cannot get the reference list to appear in my document when I click add/edit bibliography. Do you have any other suggestions to make this work?
