Links to full text articles in pubmed break when using the zoteo proxy
When using zotero I use the internal proxy function to access various databases to which my institution has access. One of these is Pubmed. When I do this, I am asked for my institutional username and password, by my own library, and then taken to Pubmed. I know that this login step is not necessary for Pubmed.
All is well, except that if I click on the direct links to the full-text article, which appear above and to the right of the pubmed page for a specific article, the resulting url includes the proxy so it looks like :-
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov.remote.library.dcu.ie/entrez/utils/fref.fcgi?PrId=3196&itool=Abstract-def&uid=19602239&nlmid=101170481&db=pubmed&url=http://www.health-policy-systems.com/content/7//17
instead of :-
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/entrez/utils/fref.fcgi?PrId=3196&itool=Abstract-def&uid=19602239&nlmid=101170481&db=pubmed&url=http://www.health-policy-systems.com/content/7//17
The first one does not work, not too surprisingly, while the second does.
I can fix this by deleting the proxy in my zotero preferences, but then I can't readily access other databases.
Any other ideas?
Anthony

This would've happened if your library site originally directed PubMed through the proxy.
