My Zotero account gives the following message: 'error connecting server. please check your internet connection'. This while I am connected to the internet. Can you please help me with this? I have attached a screenshot of the error message. See top right in the screenshot the error message.

dstillmanI'm afraid all the information we can provide is on that page. If you're having trouble, ask your IT department if you have one. This would be a problem with network configuration.
