Zotero Connector: error saving PDF files on any site
Hi,
My Zotero Connector in Chrome doesn't download the PDF file and only saves the citation information, from Arxiv or any other sites.
See below,

https://s3.amazonaws.com/zotero.org/images/forums/u9563545/54wnxuxupjucybjb3nag.png
Debug ID for saving this dummy pdf:
494878830
I have turned on attachment saving already.

How should I fix the issue?
The software versions are:
MacOS 14.3.1 (23D60)
Version 121.0.6167.184 (Official Build) (arm64)
Zotero 6.0.31
Zotero Connector 5.0.116
Thanks!

dstillmanCan you provide a Debug ID from Zotero (rather than a Report ID from the Zotero Connector) for a save attempt that fails?
-
stefansongI cannot get Debug ID since when I click `Submit Output`, a window pops up says `Invalid response from server.`
-
dstillmanRight, so Zotero likely can't connect to the internet at all. See Connection Error. This would have to do with your proxy or network configuration.

stefansongThank you for your suggestion. It was indeed a network configuration issue. After turning off the proxy, I was able to save pdf files normally.
