The full and short footnote formats are reasonably identical to what we can already get with a dictionary entry item type:
If there's another variable that might be a better fit, please just let me know. (Or if there's a better place for inquiries like this in the future, I'll of course be happy to post there instead.)

The bibliography is more complex:76. Graham Anderson, “The pepaideumenos in Action: Sophists and Their Outlook in the Early Empire,” ANRW 33.1:80–208.
79. Anderson, “Pepaideumenos,” ANRW 33.1:86.
Before I submit a pull request for Github, I'm curious to know (e.g., from @adamsmith, @bwiernik, @denismaier) if it seems reasonable to trigger the additional bibliography information by, perhaps, a non-empty archive_collection variable.Anderson, Graham. “The pepaideumenos in Action: Sophists and Their Outlook in the Early Empire.” ANRW 33.1:80–208. Part 2, Principat, 33.1. Edited by H. Temporini and W. Haase. New York: de Gruyter, 1989.
