Make sure you have Zotero Connector 5.0.116, restart Zotero, and reload Google Docs. Then provide a Debug ID from the Zotero Connector for reproducing the problem.
Most of the processes in Zotero are already working fine, except for the in-text citations. They are not showing up. The reference is shown in the bibliography at the end, but the in-text citations are not appearing.
I already installed the latest version of Zotero Connector and have restarted the app, Google Chrome, and Google Docs many times already. However, the problem still persists. Please see attached screenshots for your reference. Thank you for looking into this concern!
This will be fixed in Zotero Connector 5.0.117 for Chrome, which is awaiting approval by Google. You can use 5.0.117 in Firefox or Edge in the meantime, as explained there.
