Upgrade Zotero

Since I've upgraded new Zotero version, I can't use it anymore in Word.
It is written:"Word would not communicate with Zotero. Please ensure Zotero is running and try again."
It has been working really well with the previous version of Zotero.
What should I do?

In the Word Start Up Folder, there is no "zotero.odtm"
There is only a word file from Adomas Venckauskas, am I supposed to delete it?

That's Zotero.dotm. You should follow the instructions. If you're confused about a specific line, quote it and explain what you don't understand.
