Zotero Library with folders missing

    That looks like you manually imported something from an export.

    Your data, including all of your collections, is in your online library, which you can view on this site. You just need to sync. I'd recommend closing Zotero, deleting your Zotero data directory, and just pulling down your online library instead of syncing with what you have, which will likely create duplicates.
