Improve/Modernize Documentation

# Improvements
- Integrated Search: Zotero search redirects users to use search engine, which is suboptimal
- Sidebar table of contents: Zotero sidebar stays on top, which is not useful
- Subtopics in Trees
- PDF and EPUB
- Multilanguage support, i18n: requires setting Translation systems Weblate/Crowdin
- Diagrams (https://github.com/badboy/mdbook-mermaid)
- Material Design admonishments

# Alternatives
- https://about.readthedocs.com/ (Most Popular, *Recommendation for Zotero)
- https://github.com/readthedocs-examples/awesome-read-the-docs

- https://rust-lang.github.io/mdBook/ (Very Flexible with Third party plugins)
- Awesome mdBook is severely lacking (4y outdated)

- Others (https://alternativeto.net/software/read-the-docs/?license=opensource)

*By Using ReadTheDocs, you can use Zotero Layout/Theme in the Documentation page, not a complete different design like mdBook and others

  • I cannot stress on the importance of documentation. I've been meaning to develop a plugin for Zotero but it's been three days and I'm strugging to get started.
