Upgrade Storage403 error exporting citations from Google Scholar

I'm having the same issue and when I try to export citations from google scholar I get the following error:
403. That’s an error.
Your client does not have permission to get URL /scholar.ris?
I initially thought it was a lack of storage but after purchasing more storage, the problem persists
