Zotero not adding bibliography properly in Google Docs

I have been using Zotero to cite references in Google docs and it wont generate the bibliography when I select the add bibliography in google docs. When I click on it will show me a heading and bookmarks thing. I've attached a picture below of what it is showing. I have untinstalled the extension on my browser and restarted my computer and I keep getting the same thing.

Can anyone help please I would greatly appreciate it.
