Unable to link citations in Google Docs

I am attempting to link 60+ citations in a Google document and create a bibliography. The citations were previously linked, but now when I try to check if they are properly linked Zotero will not pop up. Instead, I see the attached image that contains a 'broken' link. Other seemingly-linked citations have this same issue or have links that take me to a page telling me to download the Zotero Connector. I have updated versions of Zotero and Chrome, and have already installed the Connector. Any suggestions?
