Zotero cannot save PDFs
Hello, I have only began having this issue lately, I am not able to save PDFs from Scopus. Most other databases work just fine, but the articles I am trying to save as PDFs only exist on Scopus.
This is a Debug ID I generated while trying to save an article: D637000629.
This is also a Report ID: 85016439. I am not sure which you would need.
What happens is that, when I click on the Zotero add-on button on my browser (happens on all my browsers, but my main one is Microsoft Edge), it shows a RED X on the PDF, and only saves the web link. Even the web link itself is broken when I try to open it from Zotero. I use the University of Jyväskylä as a proxy.

If I were to click on the 'View PDF' and then save it to Zotero, an error would say "An error occurred while saving this item." Otherwise saving it directly gives me the red X on the PDF save.
It only keeps saving articles as Snapshots, and shows them broken on my browser when I open them via Zotero. Zotero always worked just fine with Sciencedirect until recently.
