iPad not syncing correctly

Hello,

Fpr some reason, my iPad is not always picking up on items I add to my library or move into files. This doesn't happen on my phone or desktop. Has anyone run into this issue? It is all the same account. This issue slows down my workflow and I can't seem to find a solution

You're saying that items you've added elsewhere aren't showing up on that device?

What's the zotero.org URL in the address bar after clicking on an item in your web library that doesn't appear on the iPad?

And can you provide a Debug ID for pulling down on the items list on the iPad to trigger a sync?
