Zotero won't open

Hello,

I try to open zotero last week and it doens't succeed. I wasn't able to register news citations or whatever. I delete the app on my computer and download it again but now when I try to open the application it doesn't work and I can't fix it ...
Anyone to help ?

What exactly do you mean by "won't open"? What is happening? And what operating system is this?
