Bibliography style in Word

I had my bibliography the way i wanted (shown in the first picture). Now I added 1 source (Alwashmi et al., 2019) in my text and the whole bibliography changed. How can I change it back to how i want it?

What word processor are you using? Did you manually modify the Bibliography paragraph style in the word processor? It should fix itself if you go into Zotero Document Preferences, change your citation style to something else and then change it back to your original citation style.
