In RC2 OO don't display correct romanian characters

Hy,

I want to use the OpenOffice plug-in, but in OO the romanians characters don't display correct. (In Zotero all is OK).
What can I doing?
Thanks,
Mihai
  • I have the same problem in french with for example "é" becoming "é"
There is probably a wrong character set somewhere
    if someone could help ?
    Thanks
  • Your example is like mine! We looking for help...

  • Latest version should work, but remember you need to use a font that has the character mappings (one of the more complete fonts is dejavu).

Hi Ian. Is this just the latest version of Zotero, or is there a new plug-in too?
I've installed RC3, but no joy with the É, or fancy apostrophes and the bibliography long dashes came out wrong too.
I didn't know there might be a font problem though. I'm using Times New Roman on XP2, is that OK?
Good news on the citation limit bug though - took it past 50 and it was behaving fine.
    Really appreciate your work.
    Jon.

New OO plugins are now available from the relevant download page.
  • Where can I download new OO plugins?
    Mihai
  • The last OO extension is 1.0a3 ?
This is not new!!! And don't display caracthers with accents.

  • Looks like I jumped the gun. They're available now.
  • Brilliant. Everything is displaying correctly now.
    Many thanks again
    Jon.
