APA Style 7th Edition German Version incorrect Date

Hi all,

when using APA Style 7th Edition German Version the citation of the exact day should be as follows:

World Health Organization. (2022, 7. Dezember). Post COVID-19 condition (Long COVID). https://www.who.int/europe/news-room/fact-sheets/item/post-covid-19-condition

But currently it is cited as follows:

World Health Organization. (2022, Dezember 7). Post COVID-19 condition (Long COVID). https://www.who.int/europe/news-room/fact-sheets/item/post-covid-19-condition

(2022, 7. Dezember) = correct
(2022, Dezember 7) = wrong

Does anybody have an idea how this can be adapted?

Your help is very appreciated!

Best,
Mikkouz

    <macro name="issued">
    <group prefix=" (" suffix=").">
    <choose>
    <if variable="issued">
    <group delimiter=", ">
    <group>
    <date variable="issued" form="text" date-parts="year"/>
    <text variable="year-suffix"/>
    </group>
    <choose>
    <if type="bill book graphic legal_case motion_picture report song article-journal chapter paper-conference" match="none">
    <date variable="issued">
    <date-part name="day" suffix=". "/>
    <date-part name="month"/>
    </date>
    </if>
    </choose>
    </group>
    </if>
    <else>
    <group delimiter="-">
    <text term="no date" form="short"/>
    <text variable="year-suffix"/>
    </group>
    </else>
    </choose>
    </group>
    </macro>

  • thanks a lot. this issue is solved.

    However DGP has no italics used in citation as it is supposed in APA...
  • I'm seeing standard italics -- see the preview https://www.zotero.org/styles?q=id:deutsche-gesellschaft-fur-psychologie
    which ones are you missing?
