Upgrade StorageZotero 7: Add comments to Draw

Currently, after making freehand drawings in the PDF reader, there is no option to add comments to the drawing; only tags can be added. In contrast, the highlight function allows users to add both comments and tags when selecting a highlighted portion.
I would like to propose that the "draw" function be enhanced to include the option to add comments, similar to the functionality available in the "highlight" feature.
