dialog box freezes

When adding or manipulating items, a white dialog box appears and freezes?

  • Can you reproduce this in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins?

    When you say "This may be an error that occurs after modifying the config", what are you referring to? What config?
  • Whenever I want to rename or add a new collection or sub-collection. It will freeze and show a blank window.
  • Does this happen in Troubleshooting Mode?
  • From the menu, choose Help. "Troubleshooting mode" was not an option for selection. Are you referring to debugging?

  • Sorry, Troubleshooting Mode is only in the Zotero 7 beta. You can start in Troubleshooting Mode by holding down Option while starting Zotero.
  • When upgrading to Zotero 7 beta, the previous error conditions returned to normal.
